Actors Axiom is a community of actors. We offers unique and specific multifaceted classes, both in our NYC Studio and via ZOOM.  These classes are aimed at directing our community members to accomplish the task of landing roles on network tv and studio films (in this program we are not concerned with the small film festival, webisode or amateurs projects).  Our actors are currently appearing on shows in NY, LA, ATL, Chicago, New Mexico and Canada. Most recently our actors appeared on network shows like, The Blacklist, Bull, Manifest, Law & Order SVU,  Law & Order Organized Crime, New Amsterdam, Evil, NCIS, The Resident, MacGyver, Chicago Fire, Transplant and major streaming shows like Marvelous Mrs Maisel, Master of None, Mr. Mayor, Awkwafina's Nora From Queens, Myans MC, and Love Victor, to name a few.  Affectionately know as the Show Up To Book The Role series, these classes provide a wealth of necessary information and practical application to catapult actors in the right direction, aligning them with representation and preparing them for the network television audition.  Moreover, we employ a strong emphasis on protecting our community members from the misleading falsehoods that exhaust the new actors' valuable  time and limited resources.  In addition, actors are introduced to a specific process called The Approach, which spells out a framework for getting off book on a significant amount of text in one day and defines a structure for understanding important elements like scene objective, obstacles, the relevance of space, defining key scene moments (transitions, beat changes, arcs etc.), setting the tone, sense memory, substitution and more. Careful attention is given to the gambit of specific skills required to work “on camera” for the audition. It should be emphasized that this is NOT a loosely defined acting class, but rather a community learning experience that collectively incorporates specific skills directly aimed at booking the network television audition. 

These specific classes are ongoing and by invitation only as they are reserved for exiting community members and alumni. On occasion, when space becomes available, these classes will be openly advertised, or additional classes will be offered to accommodate demand. Contact us directly for an invitation. If you received an  invitation via flyer, Facebook post or email, simply make the payment to secure your seat.  Be sure to indicate the 2 week session/class (Mon, Wed or Sat) you want, and PLEASE indicate your Facebook name so we can find you.

CURRENT TYPES OF CLASSES AVAILABLE BY INVITATION

IN STUDIO CLASES: Each Show Up To Book The Role program is a minimum of a 2 session commitment but is designed as ongoing progressive training  (total cost for both "in studio" classes is $150 ). This includes a FREE 3rd Facebook LIVE bonus class directed at essential and relevant information about the acting business...how to navigate in the professional acting world.  This class can be found on our private Facebook group "Show Up To Book The Role - Actors Axiom". This FB group is by invitation only, however, once the actor has enrolled in the 2-week program they are automatically invited. 

ZOOM CLASSES:  Zoom classes are now available and will mimic the In Studio Classes but at the reduced price of $100.  This is not only in response to the social distancing crisis but the high-demand from actors in other states and countries wanting to be exposed to this training process and become part of this highly successful community. The $100 fee covers 2 sessions and an additional free Facebook Live class.  The 2 sessions meet on the same day (Mon, Wed, or Sat) for 2 consecutive weeks. Once enrolled, you can continue on an ongoing basis. If you miss one of the two classes you are entitled to a make up class at no additional cost.
